All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital and instant-download nature of our e-books, all sales are final. Once your secure download link has been generated, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks are allowed under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you are buying a digital good that is delivered immediately, that you waive any right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period that might otherwise apply to digital downloads, and that you agree no refund will be issued once the secure link is created.

Unlike a physical product, a digital file cannot be "returned": once the secure link has been generated and the content is accessible, the full value of the product has been delivered. For this reason, and consistent with standard practice for instant-access digital goods, all purchases are non-refundable and final.
2. No Chargebacks
Because every customer receives immediate, full access to the digital product upon purchase, chargebacks are not permitted. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on a successfully delivered digital product is considered a breach of these terms. We keep secure records of delivery (including the generation of your download link) and will contest any unwarranted dispute with that evidence. If you experience any issue, please contact us first — we are committed to resolving genuine problems quickly and fairly.
3. Technical & Delivery Issues
While sales are final, we stand fully behind the delivery of your purchase. If you do not receive your download link, the link does not work, or your file is corrupted or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will promptly re-issue your secure download link or provide the file by an alternative secure method at no extra cost. Please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out, as automated delivery emails sometimes land there.
